In today's New York Times: San Francisco’s D.A. Says Angry Elites Want Him Out of Office

No and I should have formatted it better but as an Asian American redditor whose been posting literally the same thing for two years and been soured on Boudin for his handling of the Bayview can collector incident, I've learned a lot about Democratic infighting and local politics over the last two years

The first thing being the Asian American voice is super underrepresented here until Dion Lim singlehandedly began tenaciously reporting on Asian hate crimes in 2020

I remember her covering Hanako Abe and Stephanie Platt's death who were killed by Troy McAlister, one of Boudin's clients.

I remember her covering Mr. Vicha's death, and by then reporters like Betty Yu and Cefaan Kim in NYC were reporting more crimes too

And before you knew it, celebrities were talking about Asian hate and international embassies were issuing warnings to Asians abroad
