Top EU Court Rules Uber Should Be Regulated Like a Taxi Company

Right the whole eal is that anyone should be free to work for anyone. anyone should be able to transport people for money. And anyone IS free to make a service that competes with uber.

The real question no one is answering here is this: so waht is really being said, more than anything, OBVIOUSLY, is that taxi drivers believe there should be less people providing that service of transporting people. But no one offers any proposition for what these uber workers should instead be doing. SO wtf? These people want jobs. Uber provides them jobs. If they didnt want to work tehre they wouldnt. If they could get another better job i dont see why they wouldnt. So this all suggests that if it werent for uber they wouldnt have a job. As far as i can tell, thats the end of the discussion.
