there was a place in Ft Lauderdale FL like this. Right in the middle of the business district. Everyone just want to go across the street and get a burger and fries for lunch. These assholes are serving burgers with nothing special for almost $20 with truffle-infused fries on the size for $10 extra. But the burgers tasted worse than a simple 1/4 pounder from McDonald's, and the fries tasted like last week's Arby's run microwaved just a little to take the chill off.

Looks like they have new owners though, just checked their website. Still pretentious asshole hipster pricing for common food items, but it looks like they have dropped the proper-meal for $50 charade and gone straight to the gastro-pub $40 for bullshit that only holds you over until your BK run.
