Hello everyone, pleeeeaaaase i have an important question. I'm freaked out. It isn't a basic question but rather a personal one. I started preparations this week to begin my journey into tulpamancy. I've been reading up on it and this past week I've been meditating and doing different excercises to increase the abilities of my mind's eye. I haven't done any kind of forcing or mapping of what my tulpa will look like so this incident is rather odd. All iv'e done is name my tulpa, it's name is Atua. This is what happened.

Last night I'm sleeping when i accidentally turn the tv on. I quickly turn it off and start to worry i might've turned on my moms tv as well (we have the same remote). i start to hear another tv in the background but than realize its completely inaudible. i cant make it out and so i think its my tulpa possibly trying to communicate. I say to it something along the lines of "it would be really nice to get some sleep, maybe we can meet in a dream." Ironically enough later in the night i look up and the tv is on again. The volume is slowly increasing and so i think i might be leaning on it, but quickly realize the harder i focus the quicker the volume increases. I'm lucid dreaming. I quickly stand up facing the wall and say "Atua are you there? Where are you?" I turn around and on my bed is a dog i've never seen or imagined before. Small, maybe a poodle or schnauzer that's black with white puffs of hair. I was excited so i sat next to it and started to pet it, not long after it bit me. In the dream i had a huge gash on my finger, i stopped petting it completely and it went to bite me again. I quickly got up and ran off only to wake up shortly after.

My questions are as follows: was that Atua? Do i have anything to worry about? should i change names or what? I'm going to continue meditating but I want to start building ideas around my tulpa sometime next week. Thanks guys, sorry for the lengthy post and it's probably bad formatting.
