There are some cases where a variety of actions one might think are delusional will be taken by someone who is a victim of SA. (it very rarely happens that a woman is lying to "ruin" a man's life) Whether or not her story is true, you're unlikely to find out until the future whenever she may actually tell you or you find further proof of it.
