I placed one of Liquidlamb's first orders (number 67, I believe) on a whim, hoping that I would receive a legitimate product. Not only did I place my order for 10 ml (10mg/ml), I also used a coupon code for a certain percentage (can't remember the exact percentage atm). I placed my order late on a Saturday morning. Less than an hour later I received a confirmation e-mail that my order had been fulfilled, and less than a couple of hours later, I received shipping confirmation with tracking info. The order arrived to my location on the east coast the following Monday. After testing the initial order, I immediately placed another order for three times the amount I ordered the first time. The shipping was exactly as quick and efficient and less than 48 hours later I received my three vials of cleaning solution. This time, however, one of the vials leaked. - Not a bigleak at all, not even a noticeable amount was gone from any one of the vials, but enough leaked that it soaked the paper that includes the instructions on how to properly clean CDs with their product. I contacted them, mostly to let them know of my experience so that they could avoid this happening to others who order in the future. Less than an hour after I sent the e-mail regarding the leak, the customer service rep provided me with a coupon code for a free vial of the solution. I only had to cover the shipping cost of ~$5. So I just wanted to say that, not only is the product that /u/LiquidLamb is providing to its customers of a very high quality, especially at its price point(s); but their customer service, friendly attitutde, rapid responsiveness, attention to detail, and efficient and fast shipping all add up to a fantastic online vendor that I would recommend to anyone in the market for such cleaning solutions that LiquidLamb offers. Due to my incredibly positive experiences with the company, they have won themselves one very loyal and overly satisfied customer. I plan to order from them at least weekly from here on out. I know that these guys are pretty new to the RC vendor world, despite their association and endorsement from /u/Etizolamb - a well known and trusted vendor in and around the RC communities (especially here on reddit) - so I just wanted to let everyone who may be on the fence about placing an order with them that their hesitation is all for naught and that you may order with confidence. And if some kind of problem arises they are/were quick to take responsibility and go above and beyond in terms of settling the matter with the customer (me). Hope this helps some of you out there. And to you /u/LiquidLamb: keep up the great work, and expect to receive orders from me on the regular.
