Is anyone even doing market research, or is this just pure insanity? I personally know people who would collectively spend well over a million dollars on video games in their lives were it not for microtransactions. We all grew up on them, and as soon as we have disposable income we're essentially forced not to but in, for the same reason we don't give up our savings gambling in Vegas. Plus, the difference is that video game pushers offer no incentives. All they have is bullshit, like a sad timeshare salesman.

Fuck you video game industry. You spent billions making me a lifelong consumer, but when you chose to destroy games themselves in search of temporary revenue streams you shout yourselves in the foot. I spend my money on real world amenities, now. If you only want money from pre-teens who stole daddy's credit card, good luck with that. Enjoy losing the billions of dollars ignoring gamers represents.
