Wanted some advice. Met somone on muzmatch and we instantly clicked. All the criteria fit and we had many of the same views. Only thing was our timelines. Things probably wouldn't progress for 3 years. He wasn't looking to wait so I made the decision to cut the convo short. I decided to also delete the app and told him. He gave me his phone number if anything changes but i didn't give him anything because I didn't feel like it was worth continuing when he couldnt give me a proper answer.

Anyways I kinda regret it and was thinking of texting him a short message letting him know my number and that im open if anything changes. Im just wondering if im beating a dead horse at this point or being desperate. He was interested but didn't want to wait 3 years though in my mind we could do the whole long distance thing islamically.
