[WEEKLY THREAD] Fail Friday - Because being awesome always comes at a price...

This is a bit of an /r/EOOD problem but they don't have fail threads.

I tried to start seriously upping my cardio (like my psychiatrists have been saying I should for years). Did some serious biking, felt like DEATH afterwards, dicked around pointlessly on /r/biking and /r/fitness looking for info on cardio fatigue, found nothing useful, kept biking.

All this time while I was focused myopically on biking, my blood lithium levels were getting completely fucked (maybe because I lost some weight?) and I mean completely fucked like hands shaking (and all sorts of other random muscles too!! I tremble slightly when I stand) dizzy, drowsy, feel like I'm made of lead, pissing constantly and the THIRST. OMFG SUCH THIRST. I have been totally sedentary today (ever since I realized I was ODing on lithium I've been avoiding anything that causes sweat, including taking my showers lukewarm) and I have been tracking my water intake. As of this writing it's 5:30pm, I have drunk 16 cups (yes, actual measured with a measuring cup CUPS) of liquid already and my throat is burning like I ran marathon through the Sahara.

I called my psychiatrist and got my blood drawn this morning for a lithium level test, I'm going to see him soon to get my dose adjusted--but in the meanwhile I am physically useless.

TL;DR If you take lithium, you gotta stay on top of that shit, especially if you are losing weight / increasing exercise.

As an aside: can exercises / body recomp make your veins easier to draw blood from? The phlebotomist this morning had to call his manager to find a decently usable vein in my elbow. I get my blood drawn really frequently so if I can make that easier I'd like to
