What are yalls thoughts on Constitutional carry and the probability of open carry being legalized in Florida this year?

I had a concealed carry permit in Indiana. All you had to do is apply for it, get a background check and get your finger prints done and they gave you the permit (now they have constitutional carry). I liked their old system as there was some level of check but it didn’t require you to sit in a class for a day.

In Florida I have to take some class to get it. I personally think that is dumb as there’s no way a day class is going to make someone proficient in firearms, so it’s a waste of time.

I do agree that open carry is just for assholes to go out and be provocative.

But I’m overall for not having to jump through hoops to carry your firearm (the criminals don’t care about the law anyway)
