There's this thing with TeamViewer where you could control the computer with a device (in this case, my iPhone). My brother saw me testing it out and I had this idea to prank my mom. My mom, like many, isn't very knowledgeable with computers, so it was an easy target.

I set it all up before she went to the living room to watch her Korean TV-show kinks (thanks to my sister) on the TV that's connected to the laptop with HDMI. Opened up TeamViewer, connected my phone with the laptop, and went to my room with my brother, who was giggling along with me. Since you could see the screen through the phone (duh), I knew when to start pranking her. I waited until she was folding clothes while watching in the TV, waited one minute, and then I went to move the cursor and took fullscreen off. I hear her making a mini-grunting noise mixed along with confusion. I waited until she put it to fullscreen again and this time I took it fullscreen off and then closed the tab. She was asking herself out loud, "Why is the mouse moving on its own?"

She goes to open the page again, which takes her two minutes, thanks to her knowledge and efficiency with computers. This time, I was battling her in the cursor-wars, moving the cursor around like a gallant, unparalleled aberrant ninny-arsetistic person I am, and I hear her semi-squeak from her. I close the browser and stop moving the mouse, and my brother is trying to hold his laughter as if his life depended on it. She opens the browser up again and this time I shut down the laptop. She called me out and told me, "I think there's a virus in the laptop".

"What?" I asked her. "What did you do?"
"I didn't do anything, the mouse was moving and closing the tabs. I think a virus is controlling it." she gallantly replies to seemingly put the blame elsewhere.

I kind of felt bad, so I revealed it was me messing around with her and then my brother came out the room and walked towards the living room laughing like he's never done before. She does a friendly-slap at my face.

I didn't go far, but it was fun while it lasted. Good times.
