I would respectfully point out that your 'European relatives from Europe' is a meaningless term though. Europe has vastly different national cultures. Be specific.

Also, your use of 'Westerners' is incorrect. The Western World typically includes most countries of the European Union as well as the U.K., Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia (where I'm from), and New Zealand. Do you mean Americans or North Americans perhaps when you think of 'Westerners'? English speakers? It's unclear.
