What is the feedback you are getting from friends and family that have not being paying close attention to the election?

My dad a lifelong Republican, and serious Clinton hater is most likely voting Clinton. I can't get him to admit it though lol. He thought trump was an idiot before this election, and the thought of him winning as a Republican is obviously upsetting. He and my mom absolutely hate Clinton, but aren't strangers to voting for different parties simultaneously on the ballot. I used to heckle my parents a bit about how trump was making a joke of the party. Now I feel bad. it is sad to see people who have stayed loyal to the party and have donated so much of their time and energy into the party have to abandon it for someone they have hated for so long (clitnon). I quit making fun of the situation and now just avoid bringing up politics because I can tell it upsets them that trump is the face of their party. My family is Indiana had an interesting reaction to the pence pick.

My cousin is a teacher, her husband is a teacher. My aunt there is a teacher, another works in a school corporation, another is a teacher, and they all have told me that trump lost their vote with pence. They hate him due to whatever he did with education there. Now that whole portion of my family is most likely going Clinton or Johnson. Goes to show you that VP picks matter!
