It is really not something I think should stick around in it's current form. I was a heavy user of Overwatch in CSGO but it does not work as well in Dota. I have done about 15 cases or so thusfar and maybe 2 or 3 were guilty. Most people are just abusing the report system to try and send people who are bad/making mistakes to low prio. It is really sad and is very telling about the mindset of the community. None of the cases I have reviewed have been for any type of cheating they are all for feeding/griefing. I only focus on the reported but the timestamp jumping is bugged currently so make sure you watch for minute or so around them as it often times cuts off important moments. I have been trying to think of ideas to improve it but have not come up with any yet. The majority of my cases I submit as inconclusive or not enough evidence. Making sure that slightly suspicious behavior is being looked for in the future but acknowledging that most of the cases are just salty reports on people playing poorly/getting outplayed. The worst I have seen is a salty lich support blocking his teams camps and using his ult to farm them. The system will hopefully continue to work for these types of situations. I do somewhat believe that maybe the system should only be used for ranked. I don't want to worry about maybe getting reported for fucking up a spell usage in normal matches because the reality is, sometimes it happens.
