There was an old lady in our building that was one of those "extreme cheapskates". She spent like 40 euros a year on gas/heating/water. We knew her as the "piss madam". Among other things, she wouldn't use a toilet because paying water bills is a waste of money. What she would do is piss in a tupperware container and get rid of her urine. If you were lucky she would walk onto the street and poor it into the sewage drain. Once a month orso she would get lazy and toss it out from the 4th floor.

She would also have so much clogged up urine in the piping of her apartment from years of having "creative" ways of getting rid off her pee. After several years of stale urine laying in those pipes, it began to affect the piping of other apartments, including ours. A poor workman had a pipe - full of years old urine - burst in his face completely drenching him. That entire side of the apartment stank of urine for the next day.

After several years her family put her in a retirement home because she was deemed not to be able to take care of herself anymore.
