The people you know that do this "stuff" may eventually get audited and theyll quickly realize it wasn't worth it. You can't relay on breaking rules because "you probably wont get audited"...

And again even with all the shady bookkeeping in the world, nothing makes having a negative income business profitable.

If you ever get a real chartered accountant, he will advise you to do everything in your power to avoid getting audited to begin with, and if and when you do, to be in a position to justify everything you do. I own multiple businesses and pay a pretty hefty amount ever year to my chartered accountant, the advice you have posted has been bullshit.
