Technology has been thriving for all of human history, not just the brief forty years of US/USSR rivalry, competition has always been a thing and always will be. Unless they keep pushing the stupid globalization, that is, the problem is one of the main features of socialism/communism is internationalism, you will argue that said internationalism is based on mutual cooperation and whatever, but regardless of how you do it it will become just like globalization, except with another facade.
If both systems worked why do you guys push so that every country adopts socialism, regardless of if the people of said nations want it or not? You socialists/communists criticize imperialism a lot but when the time comes you'd love to export a "red imperialism". Every leftist in the world was hands up in the air when the US organized coups in foreign countries, but not one of them batted an eye when the USSR financed every single communist party and revolution on the globe.
Yeah, every one of those ideologies is leftist in greater or smaller degree. Funny that socialism started as an economic theory and now all of you only care about social issues. Communism is just another way of saying SJW.
Marinaleda is the ideal of how we should live? The place isn't better than any other town in Spain, I would know because I live in one, and it's pretty nice around here. We get to voice our opinions in the Consistorial House too, we are not forced to, unlike in Marinaleda. We aren't forced to work in a goddamn farm while they hide their "you work and we give you a house" under revolutionary rethoric. I'm not saying it's a bad place to live... If you like all that, it's just a small town in the middle of nowhere, I'll tell you most people wouldn't like to live there. And also, there's plenty of shit about the guy and the town that you won't read on biased communist sources. Marinaleda wouldn't work on itself without the money the government keeps pumping, exactly 80% of all the expenses (that includes their retarded socialist councils and whatnot) are financed by the Central Government, the Andalusian Junta or the Deputation of Seville. Yes they have 0% unnemployment but basically because they give them a shit house that can't stand on itself and make them work instead of paying, kinda like slavery if you ask me. Many workers don't even get paid sometimes because their retarded Mayor needs to pump money for his stupid enterprises like stupid fucking rallies or stupid fucking assemblies. The other parties members have been kicked out and live in nearby towns, they still attend to elections but to no avail. And a myriad of other shit. Basically Marinaleda, without privileges, would be just another countryside town of Andalusia, but with all the subventions of the Andalusian Junta it's some kind of theme park of communism for delusional socialists everywhere, economically speaking it cannot handle itself.
