What professional Job will offer the most job security in the next 30 years?

Electronic & mechanical repair skills.

A lot of jobs are going to be automated. In the 20th century, the robots replaced much of our unskilled labor. In the 21st century, robots will replace the rest of our labor, and AI will - and should - replace all of our white collar jobs.

But at the end of the day, stuff still breaks - though at a much lower rate than even today - and there will always be a job for a guy that's handy with a wrench and multimeter. Sure, an AI in a robot would be able to do this much better, but I expect problem-solving AIs with truly capable android bodies are going to be prohibitively expensive for a long time and it will likely be cheaper for humans to do the work for the time being.

Example - In theory, replacing a spring shackle on a robot truck is a simple task that a robot should be able to do. Unscrew bolts, replace shackle, reinstall spring, replace bolts. But in practice, anyone that's ever replaced a spring shackle somewhere can tell you it's not that easy, and you need to be real careful with your application of heat and tension to break the rust and get those big bolts turning, but without breaking the anchor off inside or snapping the the bolt.

Can an AI and robot body be developed to handle this? Yes, I'm certain it can be done. Will that cost more to develop than it would be to employ an entire generation of mechanics? I don't know the answer to that one, but I'm going with "probably."
