She was a winner. But we lost the spark. Barely had conversations anymore. Didn’t do any activities. The relationship became just about sex more or less.

We still loved each other very much but we had to be realistic about it and just bite the bullet that it wasn’t working.

A real shame really but looking back it was the right choice. We don’t talk really anymore but we know we can text each other anytime if we need to. She’s texted me a few times and I’d always reply. We both have a lot of respect for each other and I would never ever say a bad word about her.... unlike my other ex who’s a spastic but that’s another story haha.
