Check out Helios Energies (Pre IPO). They will be first fusion reactor to actually supply electricity to a grid using a proprietary magnetically-contained fusion reaction method. Really cool stuff. Outside of the big fusion project in Europe (forgot the name) only handful of smaller fusion companies are close to achieving 1:1. Helios is a) one of the smaller companies whose tech gets them close to 1:1 - net input / output b) they will be the first fusion reactor program to supply power to a live grid, as early as 2024. I have no expertise in this field but think nuclear fusion is neat and this project is very unique. don’t have credential to mess with pre IPO stuff but think it’s a really neat project.
