12 hours too late but I'll post anyway.

So, I have to be up at 4am most days for work and I'll usually go to bed around 8 or 9. Well most of my friends don't, including my roommate, so they sometimes hang out in his room while I'm asleep. Well this particular night a friend had come by some time after I had gone to bed and brought his 3 year old daughter with him. While they were playing whatever video game in my roommates room my friends daughter came into my room and shut the door.

I woke up in my pitch black room to the sound of her quietly giggling every few seconds. Of course my half asleep brain thought it was some demon child about to kill me. I looked over my shoulder at one point and saw her silhouette and nearly had a panic attack. It wasn't until I heard her dad call her name from the other room did I realize what was going on. Of course all that happened in the span of less than a minute but it was still an embarrassingly long time for an adult male to think a demon child was giggling at the foot of his bed.

Freaked me the fuck out man.
