What's the most uncomfortable you've felt serving a customer at work?

I'll start with 2 rather different situations.

  1. About a year ago I was a supervisor at a pizza place in a pretty dodgy area, I have a few good similar stories from that place but this is the most extreme. This sort of bogan type guy walked in, after he paid his expensive $5 pizza he basically threatened to stab me for not giving him a free garlic bread after trying to bullshit me he paid for one. He had his hand around his back pocket holding onto a knife saying he was going to stab me if I didn't give him free shit. Keep in mind I'm already a pretty small guy as it is and I was 16 at the time, Luckily one of my delivery guys was near me the whole time which happens to be a 23 year old body builder who was a fair bit more intimidating (love you J, he soon after left with some empty threats of coming back with more people, police came and got the security footage and nothing else really happened. Ah good times

  2. Where I currently work, alcohol is free in a show-type setting, so obviously some people will take advantage of the prime opportunity. Unfortunately for me, when i'm trying to do my job this brings out the inner cougar in A LOT of women for some reason. I've been hit on by middle aged women too god damn much to the point where it's a constant running joke but there was one so distinctively creepy that I remember. After my sales pitch filled with her uncomfortably hitting on me she decided she would indeed buy her photos. I put out my hand to take the $40 ALL IN COINS when she grabbed my hand and started to stroke it saying how nice, soft and tender they would and what she would.. do with them D: I was playing it cool at this point you know keeping my barbie doll customer service face on. I was preparing to get the fuck out of there when this woman decided that wasn't enough criminal offences for one day and grabbed my face to pull me in for a kiss, I turned away and got it on the cheek but after that I noped the fuck outta there ASAP. I'm 17 but look a fair bit younger for my age so you can see how this is concerning for a woman in her early 40's and the people surrounding her thinking this was the norm. That was the first time I ever legitimately felt uncomfortable with something like that, so it was pretty annoying to have everyone react like it was a really hysterical tale which really makes me wonder how different everyone would feel if the genders were swapped Justsayin' (plz no sexism arguments) I obviously now see the funny side of it but i'm referring to telling people about it on the day of said event

I applaud anyone who has made it this far as I feel like my story telling ability is rather poo
