What's your crappy Northern Ireland claim to fame?

Not to shit in anyones coffee here.. but try telling that to a couple that have to risk the move down the road which might risk killing their baby with those very specific heart problems? It sounds more like tax breaks for the health boards involved. Usually this shite involves budgeting in some vague form or another. Although I don't even pretend know the full story and I'm being pessimistic about this entirely. It still has to be said.

I don't have a lot of time for the RVH because it is picky on its speciality. It excels in some fields, but is damn negligent in others. You cannot blame the staff though they are some of the most passionate people in the world.....the government funding and said divvying out of those funds is a fucking joke as far as NI is concerned. I don't shout out about this as much as I feel, however I think most of the populous get it too. (I don't work in the heath service either for the record)

There's a lot to be said for the NHS, hell.. at least we're not as bad as the multi-thousand $ simple treatments and pure cash grabbing insurance ethos that the US have created. That's beyond repair there like.

Fair play to you for bringing the plight to light here. It's a complicated problem for folk who might have to rely on it at some stage in their lives. Even moreso than most people think.
