What's your 'fuck this, I quit!' story?

I used to work for a popular "high end" Chinese food chain here in America that rhymes with shmee sheff shang's. I worked there all of 4 months.

I started as a busser/dish cleaner. This is the typical sweat box cubicle with a washer and carelessly balanced dish stacks on a half falling apart make shift shelving unit. That sucked for a good month then I moved up to food runner/ waiter lite. My waitstaff manager loved to micromanage us all and that was a major issue and it showed with turnover. After enough people left I got booted up to waiter. This went well for a good amount of time but then the micromanaging started back up. I also found out that the owner had a nice little side business selling less than legal substances out the back load off area. Mainly cocaine.

The final straw for me was all one diner. This guy walks in with a much younger girl all over him, 100% sugar daddy level. I don't pass judgement just stating the facts. Him and his date sit down in my section and I go over and ask them what they want to drink, without looking at the menu the guy asks for a beer we don't have. I let him know but that we had another beer that was similar. Disgruntled he goes for hard alcohol and she gets a cocktail. Bring those out ask if they are ready to order appetizers or their full course. They order their food and blah blah blah.

Now at this restaurant we roll the silverware with chopsticks, sometimes they break, sometimes we forget one...shit happens. Dude got a broken stick, it broke in the wrap because all the pieces were there. He motions me over, I apologise and tell him I'll bring him back a new set. He then breaks the other one in my face and hands it to me. After I bring the new set back he asks for ketchup... While eating with his fork....we do not have ketchup, we are a fake Chinese restaurant. I let him know that unfortunately blah blah blah. He loses it and demands my manager.

Micro manager walks over and he talks with captain dick face about his outragous demands. Manager folds and comps part of the meal. I bring the bill and he refuses to pay the new compt bill. I tell my manager who goes and talks with him again. Guy makes up a story that I was rude and charged full price on the bill. Manager pulls me in his office after the ordeal and reams me out for being unprofessional. When he was done I took off my apron, pens and name tag and walked out the door. Never went back.
