This morning I was sat in a training session and the facilitator professed their love for Jordy P. I stopped listening at that point. I was tempted to ask their view on Benzos but decided against it. This afternoon I was once again shocked at the depravity of the people this country elect to parliament.

I made a Spanish chicken and chorizo thing. Fried diced chorizo, onion and garlic in the Dutch oven, removed and then cooked the diced chicken in the chorizo oil, added the chorizo and onion back in, poured in passata and threw in frozen peas. Flavoured with a few splashes of red wine vinegar, both paprikas, chilli powder, coriander, oregano, S&P and a little more garlic. Cooked until delicious and served on a bed of rice.
