Who tf are clothes companies making clothes for?

I'm also wearing clothes from 10+ years ago (most of my favorite stuff is from middle to high school and I'm 35), and have similar issues with the rise height.

I want black or navy yoga/super stretchy pants with pockets for work, because I legit cannot tell them from my "dress pants", but they don't make -any- that don't have "tummy control" (high waisted - don't need or want) -and- flare at the foot (boot cut, flare, or bell-bottoms would be fine, I'm not picky, just can't be skinny cut). I legit can't stand wearing stuff that comes above my hips or clings my lower legs. Not a preference, I legit cannot bear to wear them, and I've tried so so many times.

I can find boot cut with pockets but high waist, I can find low-rise (fold-over) with no pockets, but I cannot find the trifecta - lower rise than halfway up my torso, with real pockets, and boot cut/flare. Doesn't exist.

It's so frustrating to have clothing limitations that don't mesh with "fashion".
