Women who got boob jobs, how satisfied were you with the results?

How have much pain were you in after the surgery? I don't have a very high pain threshold so that kinda worries me.

I was really sore after surgery. I got my implants unerneath the muscle, which is more painful and has a longer healing time. I have moderate to high pain tolerance. I was prescribed Percocet, but I hate taking pain killers so I took extra strength Tylenol and was able to get through it.

How did it change the way that people, especially guys, reacted to you? Some guys already see me as trashy because of my tattoos, and I'm a bit worried about making it worse.

As far as that goes, take into consideration your body size, fat/muscle ratio. I was 175lbs. & 5'5" tall; so for me very large implants fit my body but would look "pornstar" on someone else. I have a boyish body, broad boxy ribcage & an apple shape before. With the implants I have a more feminine shape. I do get reactions on my breast size, but no more than a natural chubby with big boobs would get.

What size were you before and after the surgery and how big could I realistically go? I have small A cups right now and I'm trying to go up about two sizes, but I don't know if I could pull it off convincingly. I'd be willing to pm you a pic if that would help.

I was 36B before & 38E/38F after surgery. I chose 800cc silicone implants after talking to my doctor. He recommended 600cc, but he was glad after putting in the 800cc implants saying that the 600cc may have been too modest for me. If you have no issue sending a "before" pic I could give you my opinion on your chest, opinions from peers are great but it is up to you & your doctor in the end.

How did they wind up looking. If you'd be comfortable sending before/after pics over the internet that'd be great, but I'm mostly just trying to get a sense of whether or not they're still noticeably fake looking and how long it took for them to settle down and look more normal.

I think my boobs look amazing. I will send you before & after pics. I could wear low cut tank tops within weeks, but it did look like I worked out a lot. I have strong pectoral muscles, so my chest looked like bricks for a few months. Super bad at first, but as time went on they looked less and less like bricks. It took 2-3 months for me to heal and my implants to settle down & a year for me to look natural nude.

Do they feel normal or noticeably fake/plastic. I've heard different things from different people (online sadly, since I don't have any friends who've gone through this) about this?

No, my implants are underneath my breast tissue and muscle so they act as a mound for my breast tissue. When you touch or grope my breast you feel the breast tissue not the implant. My husband said if he didn't know that I had implants he would never be able to guess. They feel so natural to me too, I forget that they are implants, no joke. lol
