The reason why men get a +1 for having sex with a girl and women don't, is because we actually have to work for it and all a female has to do is open her legs and say yes, nearly 95% of the male population will have sex with her.

Women were also bound by the baron of 9 months of pregnancy by just having sex wrongly ONCE for so long, and that's still likely even with contraception. Whereas a man can just go around and do his thing with zero repercussions. A female with a high partner count is more likely to have had an abortion, and that risks future life decisions like having a child.
