I like chatting with the Indian people they always solve my problems. If, at another company I'm chatting about an issue, I often say that they need to learn to appease the customer like the Amazon chat people.

The AI amazon thing I don't are for. I just keep saying "Human" until they hook me up with someone in India. The machine doesn't care and the Indian person gets another 5 star rating and sometimes I get a courtesy gift card added to my account, now I can watch that movie. Humans First Machines are TOOLS not entities who's "feelings" can be disregarded.

If you don't give 5/5 on your ratings they *I'm being facecious* beaten. For real they get yelled at for a 4⭐rating. Just in case you didn't know.
