I can understand being physically attracted to someone under 18 who at least has gone through puberty. There are 17 year olds with jobs and who seem quite adult. I would probably not be mentally attracted, but I can at least understand the physical part. I do not understand being attracted to a child under 12 or even a toddler or a baby though. So for me it does make a difference. There are 25 year old who don't have the mental capacities that other people that age have who might be more attracted to a teenager because they are kind of at the same level.
