I have no idea what the translation would be. I mean legal to use for the public. Maybe "released"? They were before never allowed to use any mrna vaccine before - but it nowhere said why.

And I don't think you understand me. My problem (and those of others as well seemingly) is why did they ditch the idea for decades, never funded it more, never allowed them to use them for public use, never got more into it - and now they have a vaccine for like half a year and it gets suddenly allowed to be released - even tho they never acted that way with other mrna vaccines?

Like what makes THIS mrna vaccine different compared to other mrna researches - when other things also kill a ton of people and it could potentially work better than current vaccines?
