My SO and I (M/24 and F/24) met on r4r... Exchanged a few messages and a couple pictures, then Skyped for the first time that same night, hit it off right away, and had fun talking for like 4 hours. It was basically platonic for a few weeks before we admitted how much attraction we felt and that we really liked each other, then we started hanging out (video calls) almost every single night and we still do - I look forward to it every day.

We met in early June, had our first visit (in person) 5 months later, which was easily the most amazing 4.5 days of our lives - We both said "I love you" the first time, confirmed that "this is real," had a lot of sex (obviously), and confirmed for sure that we want to be together as long as we can. Now we're still going strong and looking forward to our second visit around New Year's, then for my graduation in May, after which I'll be moving closer to him - between 1.5 and 5 hours away, depending on where I can find a job over the next 6 months (but I'm hoping to be 2hrs away or less).

Regarding my plans to move, I was already planning on moving to that area after I graduated and I told him that when we first met, so we are extremely lucky that we've always had an "end date" in sight and that it will be only ~1 year total of long distance, which is nowhere near some of the couples I've read about on here.
