People here are giving you great advice and it seems you're already on the correct path.
Yeah, it's going to hurt a while but do not get back with this woman - let her go, it will take a bit of time but don't give in. I've been down this road in my life before and there comes a point where you go "holy crap, I'm still hurting but I'm glad all that is over, I'm getting on with things..." Just know it's going to suck for a while.
Like other folks said, get out there, try other things. Get on a dating app or site. Just get out there and do things. It will all work out. You're already doing everything right. Just stay the course, man and good luck. Take it from someone who's done exactly what you're doing (with the woman).
