Seems like someone at my gym has been watching too much cailer woolam, he did some cheating rows with like 80kg, and I almost bursted laughing. Or like he did pendlay rows, and as far as I know pendlay rows are great to prevent cheating and that's why many people use it to target upper back more and not cheat. But he was literally ripping the bar off the floor so hard and like deadlifted it up above his knees and then did a 1 inch rom pull and the bar wasn't even close to hitting his belly button/chest or where ever he wanted to pull it.

And what was really annoying about that is that the guy was making so much noise, it just looked stupid a big guy, dude was like 6 feet tall and wasn't that skinny either, and was cheat rowing 80kg for sets of 5 reps, and every rep he screamed like ronnie coleman and slammed the weights down to the ground every rep as hard as possible and made so much noise, then after his last set he didn't "take" the plates off, he threw them off and one of them hit a stool, that people use while resting between sets and I was 100% sure it was going to break when I saw that, but somehow it didn't.

I kinda hope it would have broken and the dude would have had to pay for it.
