I actually have a torn opinion of this. For a fact I hate plagirists and Orion has been caught stealing a designs, BUT it's not just from Black Ops 3. Designs from Mass Effect, and Overwatch are in question as well. Of course one possible argument is that they been inspired by those designs - but some of the details are just too close to even be considered inspiration.

I despise plagirism and I totally agree with the hate that will insue, but I can't understand a DMCA takedown on a game that is vastily diffrent from the games listed, but please explain if there is some part of DMCA I'm ignorant of. When Shadows of Mordor was shown to the masses, one dev for Assasins Creed noticed that the climbing animations where 'very' similiar.

Well this is one of those things I am very curious about and intrested how it develops. Trek industries is very shady and I'm sure they'll re-release the game after the attention subsides.
