Thing is at 14 this kid shouldn't be using it, the brains not developing and he can get hooked on it. Not to mention because he's mentioning he's depressed, if he starts abusing this and it's on anti depressants it can not work or it interacts and gets you high as a kite and acts as a nervous system depressant.
