I have talked to my boss about the situation and he said he would talk to him about it, but he tells me that I’m not learning fast enough and what’s going on has to come faster. I really feel like it isn’t fair, I give this job my all and I try my hardest to memorize and learn it as fast as possible. I can’t possibly hear something once and know how to do it perfectly without asking questions. Mind you, in the last two months I have gotten two 1$ raises for my effort so he has to see how much I actually care. I honestly just don’t understand the logic. I love the work but I wish I wasn’t constantly harassed anyhow. Maybe I should look for a different job.
