AITA - For not caring about my wife's chronic pain anymore

My auntie went through the same thing with my uncle. He got kicked in the head by a horse and is now in constant pain. It ended up that my auntie had to be his caretaker as he would need her. Most times he couldn't get it of bed because of the pain. She basically had to be the main breadwinner in the family and also the housekeeper. The stress could already been seen on her face as she began looking like the eldest sister on my mom's side when she was one of the youngest. I think it ended up killing her when she was diagnosed with cancer in the lymph nodes. We figured our uncle was going to pass away first.

I would say YTA, but really not by much since I don't know what I would do in that situation.
