NTA There was no intimidation and I would have added that not only that but if she did post it with the words she said in the film u could also sue her and her parents for defamation. Then I would have looked at her mom and said "You should truly sit down and read the laws on defamation of character and social media She should also ground her child from social media until she understands the laws surrounding it. Then I would also give a side note of how if u were someone else her daughter's phone would most likely be in pieces. Have a nice day. Then walk off with my family.

I plan to make my kids look up these laws and fully understand what they can, can't, and shouldn't do on social media before I even consider them having a social media acct.
