Who justified?

It’s basically a cocktail of hormones that drives us. Bonding hormones, pleasure hormones, hormones to drive alertness in a crisis, hormones that kinda almost turns you into a temporary super human when in serious danger.

Maybe some liberty taken by simplifying it all to the word “hormone”, but you could change someone’s entire personality by significantly altering their hormonal balance.

A woman’s brain can see lasting change after a difficult pregnancy due to the onslaught of hormones, as far as we know.

You have to understand why something is in order to even deal with it. Can’t fight an enemy you don’t understand and hope to win.
