AITA for telling my girlfriend she's not being honest with herself

I'm sure there and I'm sure it;s true. I mean doctors are people and people can be negligent and prejudicial. I've had my fair share of curel interactions with doctors as well. But we're discussing OP's situation and his gf's predicament is our primary topic. From everything he's shared, the fact is she seems to be in denial unable to take herself into account for contibuting to her obese state. When one is in that kind of denial it's only more likely that she'll continue doing it even further and hurt herself more. That seems to be exactly what's happening because of her insistence on bingeing on junk food. Now what kind of advice can we offer him and her rn. Tell her yeah doctors can be wrong you're not at all at fault and thus putting ourself off the hook OR to help her realize that she can do better by starting on focusing on the her habots that led her there. What the doctor said could have been crude and hurtful and completely lacjing any bedside manners, I'm not excusing the doctor at all but she is not helping herself by focussing on that aspect and blaming the need to work on obese on the doctor. Hope this explains my view point.
