AITA for turning the sprinklers on annoying tourists?

NTA. I personally think all the yta responses ridiculous, at most this is an esh. I think they were right in turning on the sprinklers since it got people who were bothering them away. But I can see why people think that was an ahole move. However, just because the people had a legal right to take photos from a public area doesn’t mean the aren’t TA too. This is exactly what the post the other day was talking about with people valuing legal rights over morality. They were fine to do it in the first place, but after they were asked to stop for the kids sake they should’ve stopped but instead argued with her, and the nice thing to do is say “Of course. We didn’t think it would bother anybody but since you asked we’ll stop.”
