OP has the right to know where MIL is all the time when she has the child because A parent should always know where the kid is and well..when MIL is watching the kid, she better be in the same place as the baby. And what should MIL hide while watching a baby? What is bad about knowing your mothers location who literally has your baby? Why would MIL mind if she doesnt hide anything or something? Its actually a law in my country that parents are required to always be notified When the whereabouts of the baby changes while being watched by another person when they still are a certain age. Like if a babysitter is at home, she HAS to notify the parents that they will go to a park now or she can get in trouble. And that makes perfectly sense to me. I would never hide my whereabouts when im babystitting or have a Problem with an air tag because IMO the parents are required to know where i am with their child.
