I am a UK cheap flight hacker, here to help you find cheap fares and learn some tricks! AMA!

Hello, another Brit here! And this AMA is literally a Godsend, even if you cannot get to answer my questions, I have been reading and learning a lot from you! Thank you very much for your time and sharing your knowledge with us!

Before I ask my question, I do need to give you some details: I have recently finished university (phd in a very focused field) and it is extremely difficult for me to find a job close to where I live. There is one that have come up recently though and the company I would work for is absolutely amazing. I live in Manchester and will soon be signing a long term contract for a flat in the city... and the job that I am told about -- due to start in Feb/March -- is in Amsterdam. Now I don't know everything about the job because of its nature but everyone suggests I should not miss it, and commute between Amsterdam and Manchester (afterall, it is closer to fly to Amsterdam than commuting to London!) Moving to Amsterdam right now is not an option for me as my partner has an amazing job here. Do you reckon there is a cheap way of doing the commute? Are there any tricks about regular flights (not every day but definitely a return flight every week)?
