Any decent apartments and is Thrive faking it?

Most apartments built within the last decade are crap quality. Find an older building or home for an apartment. They’ll tend to be better quality.

Side note: if you have trouble with luxury apartment management, it helps to bring your complaints to them often, every time in writing, and send the emails to as many management staff as possible. If you have the email for the leasing consultant, office manager, corporate office representative, the front desk assistant, or any other rep you know of, email ALL of them when bringing up requests. And have roommates or other tenants do the same. After living in one of these “luxury” apartments, I found this to be effective in getting my complaints settled because they were getting pissed at all of my and my roommates emails.
