Any other INFJs incredibly fascinated by science?

A science interest is rarely mentioned in INFJ type descriptions.

I share this notion also. INFJ type descriptions often portray INFJs as some quiet ponderers. As if INFJs would only ponder stuff without any firm ground, in a wishy-washy way; sometimes coming up with deep insights and reading people well, but not in systematic or too analytical manner. Logical, scientific and analytical thinking and the actual deep questions of life are NT -only field, it seems.

I can only talk about myself and about people I suspect are INFJs, but I think INFJs can also excel in logical, analytical and scientific thinking, and use traceable methods and conceptualization in pondering the deep questions of life.

As for me, I've done rather well in my science studies. I spend a lot of time reading scientific articles and trying to understand the world of science. I kind of dislike thinking that is not traceable or which doesn't have any "logic". By logic I don't mean any kind of specific logic, but I mean that the thinking must follow at least some "sense". For example, the text must be consistent. There can't be contradictions that are not explained. E.g. a contradiction would be to say in one part of the text that X is Y and X is nothing but Y, but in some other part of the text that X is Z without explaining, how come X is now Z but not Y. If I'm given explanation, that's fine.
