From what you've described, I don't think the issues that you are concerned with are related to getting married early. It sounds more like you're becoming frustrated and even fed up with your wife's lack of interest and her dismissive attitude regarding your opinions on some important joint decisions.

Bring it up to her, explain that as a committed partner in your marriage that your opinions are valid and must be included in the decision making process as her decisions affect the both of you.
