Wellbutrin is great for me. It doesn't do anything in terms of mood but it makes me much more able to tolerate life. Over the course of the day I grow increasingly agitated and the more I have to deal with other people the worse it gets. There are physical symptoms like tenseness in shoulders and neck, headaches, and fatigue but the main thing is this pressure that builds up in the back of my head. It's like a fist clenching inside my brain and slowly growing bigger that makes me irrationally angry and makes me hate everything and everyone. When it gets too bad I either explode or (usually) dissociate. Wellbutrin slows that down and gives me days where I don't reach the too bad stage.
