Apple Watch s3 and what it means for the future

Depends on what you use your phone for, wether or not a watch can replace it.

Personally for me? It totally can.

I'm super simple when it comes to phones. I use them to call, text, and check emails...maybe look up something really quickly on the go, or jot down a quick note.

The phone can do all that.

Like the top comment says though; some people do everything on their phone. It's like a computer and a television to them as well as a phone.

Now...As someone with a large screen iPhone 7+, I still never understood that, because I have a real computer that's 10x easier to use and a real 10x that's 50x bigger and easier to watch things on because of it. So I never use my phone for doing work or watching anything.

I don't know if I'm ready to make the switch just yet, but I definitely could go for the watch option instead, given how I use it...and it would be once less thing to carry.

My only issue is I'm assuming it's a little bit more difficult to talk into/hear out of, especially in public...and would basically require you to have the Earpods along with it, in that case?

But outside of that, I might be one of the first to try that.

No way I'd do both though. The watch counts as a separate line, so, unless you want 2 phone bills, you need to make the leap.
