Hmmm... this might take a bit. I have a few.

The first is to rename the country. Since I am American, I will say I took over the U.S. or at least a few of the states. The country shall be called Patriam.

I would secure the boarders and anyone found to be illegally entering the country would be considered a threat and sent back. If caught again, they would be executed. We would have detention facilities, but prisons would no longer be the same as they were before. People would be detained at Camps and there they would find that their crime would lead to an appropriate punishment.

We would allow trials, but those who are caught raping and murdering would put down without a chance to repeal. Those who stole would find themselves in a work camp helping out with labor projects, without the comforts of home.

The first thing that would happen would be organize people who are homeless and unemployed into different categories. These would allow us to test for mental illness, addiction, medical problems, and update their skills. If someone is shown to be unemployable due to addiction or medical issues, they would be taken away to a "Patriot Camp."

Everyone else would be given some sort of job, even if we just make shit up. I would want to train more teachers so we could lower the amount of people in classes to 2 teachers for every 20 students.

People unwilling to work would be executed, as homelessness is now illegal. If one is fired from a job, they will go to a Patriot Camp where they will be given a job. If they are unable to work due to medical problems, those who are dying would be given the option of ending their death on their own term.
